Our customers love the breadth of choice that the world of online travel offers, but the process of navigating to find their ideal holiday at the best price can be frustrating. We have an ongoing programme of investment in technology to help our customers easily compare holidays and save money.
The technology and website re-platforming project delivered for TravelSupermarket in 2015 was designed ‘mobile first’, allowing our customers to use the site across multiple devices – desktop, mobile and tablet – throughout the process of researching and booking their holiday.
The TravelSupermarket app
Built specifically for iOS users, our easy-to-use app compares holiday, hotel, flight and car hire deals. Customers can search for and compare deals from a wide range of leading travel brands before booking – all within the app, without being redirected to partners’ sites to finalise the transaction.
